Mortgage Monitoring is a FREE service. Here's how the process works; 1. Choose whether you would like to monitor your existing mortgage with Mortgage Monitoring, or would like to just look for a desired rate with Rate Watch. Fill out the forms by providing some information about yourself, mortgage, and choose a password. 2. Provide us with some information about yourself to create a Mortgage Monitoring account. 3. Ross Mortgage will send you your Mortgage Monitoring report on the schedule you requested. We will notify you when the rates reach your target. If you are already an existing customer with Ross Mortgage we will already have the information about your mortgage ready for you to sign up. Rest assured, we are already monitoring your mortgage for you, all you need to do is tell us if you would like to receive a Monitoring report for your mortgage.
