VA Loans

Ross Mortgage offers Veterans Administration loans, also known as VA Loans, to men and women who have served or currently do serve in the military. Also available to spouses of service members who are either missing in action or died while on active duty, VA Loans are special, government-guaranteed mortgages offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs.

A VA Loan is designed to make the home buying process easier for service men and women who meet the required income and credit qualifications. These mortgages do not require a down payment or private mortgage insurance (PMI), making them a very attractive option to members of the military. The benefits of this type of mortgage can be used more than once, but only on the purchase of a primary residence.
