Home Affordable Refinance Program
Tim Ross, president and CEO of Ross Mortgage, wants to help educate homeowners on the new Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP).
Under this new program, which has been extended until December 31, 2013, homeowners can refinance into low mortgage interest rates even if the property has decreased in value. One main stipulation is that homeowners must have a loan owned by Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. If they do, they can refinance with any participating lender, to obtain a new and more affordable and stable mortgage. Homeowners must meet certain criteria in order to qualify for the Home Affordable Refinance Program, which you can learn more about on the program’s website.
Along with educating customers about important new refinancing options such as this program, the team of mortgage experts at Ross Mortgage have been combining mortgage lending experience with advanced mortgage lending technology for more than 60 years. Our company’s foundation is built on trust and integrity, which is reflected in how we work with our customers. Whether you’re a first time homebuyer, need to refinance your home or need guidance on the best loan option to match your situation, the Ross Mortgage team can help. Our headquarters is located in Royal Oak, MI, and we have offices across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Florida.
